FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where do you ship?
We ship real sourdough across the contiguous U.S. Because delivering the highest quality breads direct to you is always our priority, we can't ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address makes sure your order arrives on time and in top condition.
When will my order arrive?
Customized boxes are typically shipped within 2 business days. We ship every box with a 2-day maximum transit guarantee, so your bread arrives within 48 hours of leaving our bakery.
You'll get a tracking notification the moment your box ships, so you'll know exactly when to expect it.
How do I store my breads at home?
1. Store the bread on your counter in the plastic bag to seal in freshness for several days. If you need more time, we recommend freezing.
2. Freeze your loaf in this bag for up to one month from the date of purchase. We recommend not refrigerating your bread.
3. Thaw bread at room temperature or place frozen slice directly in the toaster or oven. Do not refreeze loaf after thawing.
4. Refresh the bread in a toaster or oven to bring back the baked fresh goodness.
Pro Tip: Very dry bread can be re-hydrated by dabbing water on the crumb (that’s the inside of the loaf, not the crust) before refreshing.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our breads, all sales are final. However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please reach out to us at shop@izziobakery.com and we’ll do our best to make things right.
